Opinions on Euro LCI Halogen

Recently noticed that the Halogen LCI in europe has the same stylish side corner. Yet lacks the light strips...

Do I think they're better than the U.S. halogens? Yes. I have to add a disclaimer, however. They look like they're trying to be the LCI HIDs; i.e., they have the same overall look without the eyebrow being functional. Kind of seem like poser lights in my opinion. Then again, you definitely won't see them in the U.S., making your car stand out. And, they will have a slightly better beam pattern than U.S. lights. I say go for it unless you have the means to retrofit OE HIDs.

Yeah they really did take out the light strip from the brow.

As a long term project I was actually thinking adding a retrofit HID projector and shroud and maybe Angel eyes. That is if its reasonably easy to open the lenses. The end result would look better than stock halogens and the eye brow would hide imperfection and Angel eye gaps/wires

I'm heading down the HID retrofit path myself in the very near future. However, I'm using the DEPO lights as a starting point. I bring this up because I've been corresponding with a well-known retrofitter in my area (Lightwerkz) and one of the first things they asked me was if I was planning on using OEM halogens. They asked because apparently the OEM lights are notoriously hard to get into...or so they say. Just something to think about. In either case, you may want to check out the DEPO lights. Even in their stock halogen form, I think they look better than the factory halogen lights.

I feel as if the DEPO route is a much more economical and easier to add HID/LEDs too without any problems.

Those are the exact same as the headlights I have on my 2012 E82 non Xenon package, minus the clear reflectors.
