Clutch !?

Hey guys, I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I'm in the market for a new clutch, 60k on the stock one, and basically fbo with no meth, so I'm not to upset about it lol. But I'm having a hard time deciding on what's a good choice since, I do plan on going meth once it's in, and would like to stay with the stock flywheel. Was looking at clutch masters stage 1 but they they have race, and street for the stage one.. Not sure what the difference is as it doesn't say much on the sight, also **********s has one up there but it's a little more expensive. I'm kinda starting to burn myself out with all this research, and don't feel any closer to finding one I want lol

So in short if anyone is running a fbo+meth setup and an aftermarket clutch for a little while with no issues can you let me know what you went with !?

Any info is much appreciated !

I have a ACT stage 1 that was installed back in October and I am FBO/Meth. With the clutch installed after break in, I rolled the dyno to the tune of 410WHP/478WTQ. No slippage whatsoever and mild pedal feel. Rated up to 450HP.

I plan on swapping clutches pretty soon. I'm at ~38k miles on my stock clutch and I'm running 100% e85 and 20psi, so what I was thinking of going with is a spec stage 2+ clutch with either a new SMFW or DMFW. If you run a SMFW you won't have to deal with any false misfire issues if you end up upgrading your turbos and start making high hp numbers. I've read really a lot of solid reviews on the stage 2+ clutch from spec.

Just my .02

This was my first choice since on my last car I had a clutch from them and it was great, but I believe you need a flywheel from them as well ???

I've had really bad experiences with Spec over the years. Both in part failures and terrible customer service.

Clutchmasters is my preference.
