weird squeaking noise??!!

I have a 2012 135i and every time I get in it I hear this weird squeaking sound coming from the front end. Has anyone else experienced this before?

any mods? how loud of a squeak. It could be a trillion things according to your description.

the only suspension mods i have are h&r lowering springs but it was happening before i put them on. ive isolated the sound to the left rear side but im not sure specifically where it is.
