common dealer tactic, they can point at it when they're trying to sell a brand new one and say "look how well they keep their value", either that, or someone comes in to look at that one and they can say "but for not much more you could get a brand new one"

In June 09, I paid $71k and a bit for a spanker 135 N54 povo pack straight off the boat (12kms on the clock IIRC). Allowing for CPI, today that would be under $74k.
