hahah I don't know if I would stoop THAT low! And I never say do a big BOOBOO where you ruin your leather seats, all you need is a small wet stain! But I guess the bigger the stain the more convinving. And if he still asks for your license, just go, ummm my license is in my pocket and I don't really want to reach in there at the moment, how about YOU reach for it. haha.

Bella, that's great.
When I let'er rip, even in D, forget DS or M, this 325 can scream up to 6500rpm, and damn, what a feeling! And when I howl into curves at double the limit and my heart is pounding, but because I know the car can handle it I'm cool....indeed, this is what I paid the big bucks for!!!

I got upto to 115 within about 90 mins of taking delivery of the car. It's so smooth; you just never even feel that you're going that fast and not really even stepping on the gas much. Next thing I know I look down at the speedometer and it's over 110.

if caught..pay the freakin' ticket...go to court to fight it....92.5% of the time....the cop won't show up....you're free! But not before being chewed out by the judge........

There are some methods you can employ to try to better the odds in your favor for the cop not to show. Call the branch the officer is working at everyday asking for him, for one week to find out which day is his day-off. Then between the time you get the ticket to the court date, call once a week just to see if you can figure out if his day-off is consistent every week. Next, you go to the court and see the clerk first, and ask for an extension. In addition, you also ask for a transfer, siting that you work at somewhere far, live somewhere far... etc. If they grant you this, also try to book a court date that coincides with the cop's day-off. So the idea so to try to get a court location as far away from the cop as possible and also try to pick his day off so giving him less incentive to show up. Of course, you never know, since he might live close to that court and enjoy going to court on his dayoffs.

I was at my dad's last speeding ticket trial....his cop didn't show up...and most of the cops didn't show....but the judge did chew up a couple of people for reckless driving.......
The funny thing was that a couple of the defendant brought lawyers to defend them.....but the cop never showed up. SUCKERS!
