RR Exhaust (Yes or No)?

As the title says, I don't have allot of money to throw around but the Riss Racing Exhaust seems pretty good for the money. I'm just wondering from experience if this should be a go or no go?.

Thanks in advanced for your advice.

RR

I bought a used RR exhaust ....It was only slightly used and mounted up pretty good. The shop I had do the install adjusted the hangers and I have a great fitting exhaust. I guess I could have done the install myself, but would have spent hours trying to get the exhaust tips to line up right....only took a pro a few minutes to have them looking like they came on the car...

I was worried about RR not giving me the same support since I bought them used.....that was not the case . The installer is very important IMHO . Find a shop that is willing to work with you and the guys at RR....they have allways returned our phone calls......even on weekends....and they knew I bought it used.

Very happy with my exhaust for Riss Racing. Like others have said it might take a little work to get the tips to line up perfectly, but it's really not a big deal and the exhaust sounds amazing. Also, while I don't have dyno numbers to prove it, this exhaust should be posting as high if not higher gains then any other.

I LOVE mine, it has such a mean growl but does not drone- exactly what I was looking for. It's definitely not a conservative exhaust but I don't find it obnoxiously loud, a good mix between being aggressive and maintaining comfort.

I love mine...I have a small leak but I'm pretty sure it's a faulty gasket between the midpipe and axelback. Got it used for 900 shipped, can't beat it for sound, looks, and price.

I love my rr exhaust. FWIW, no install problems with catless downpipes or exhaust. That is, except for the downpipes being a PITA to install (as expected).

It's hard to say. If I don't stomp on it all the time then sure I've seen a couple MPG boost, but I've found that I have a bit more of a lead foot now (I just want to hear the exhaust every chance I get), so that seems to have offset the savings that I'd see.

They removed the mid pipes which includes the two center cats and the resonator.

Then they replaced with 2.5 to 3 inch pipes to OEM rear muffler..

Still running standard downpipes..

In Oz my exhaust cost $750AU($520US) compared to around $2250($1562US) for a BMW Performance exhaust.
