Where is that tiff needle movie that was cut off from the video? He loves to drift I wonder if this is a picture of him doing so.

Hmmm. I see two tires smoking away with the car unloaded on the driver's side. That e-lsd seems to be putting allowing for both to spin... I wonder how it is for transferring power to single spinning wheel?
Awesome pics, btw! |

Exactly my first thought. This is a very promising pic! I really hope that is power-on oversteer and not-pitch-and-hold-on oversteer. -Mahlzeit |

Yeah, it could be, but the rear tires actually have spinning motion, where the fronts do not (as much). One can be hopeful! :headbang:

A photochop would have been easy if it wasn't for all that smoke!

From the the Motive Mag Review from someone why can actually drive: "Power flows to the rear axles only, and electronics, rather than a mechanical limited-slip differential, control the traction. Despite noise from hardcore enthusiasts over the absence of a proper diff, the 135i still laid a pair of stripes when the traction control was defeated." and "Back on the gas for the next combination, a double-apex lefty uphill, we max out second and reach for third at the exit, charging for the acute right at the other end. We tiptoe through in third initially, but eventually we elect second gear for this turn, a move that allows for a controlled drift out of the corner. " Yeay. And thanks to Bryan Joslin for the exact type of car review no mainstream print magazine seems capable of. -Mahlzeit |
