May 2011 Lease Rates

I've been checking Bimmerfest, here, and other sites every hour. If anyone finds out the newest rates, please pass them on. Gracias.

Haven't seen the lease rates for 2011's, but a local BMW dealer posted the Finance Specials for May 2010 -- 3.9% Financing up to 60 months.

Man, this is taking a while. Some guy at Bimmerfest talked to his dealership and they were mentioning a pt increase on the 128 residual + slight MF drop. We shall see.

Ha. Thanks for the update. By the way, this post was from May of last year. I suppose my title was a little confusing - by May 2011, I was referring to the May rates for the "2011" cars (i.e. May 2010). Sorry for the confusion.

for april for the 135i coupe and vert they had residual 58% and MF of .00120 and i believe that was for 10k miles. It could have been 12k i dont remember for sure. Also they had a 1k factory to dealer incentive.

Wow, brutal. Unless there's $3K in lease cash that I don't know about that's the end of anyone sane leasing an '11 1 series.
