Blue 135i size real world size pictures
Attachment 2187A friend visited Nurburgring (we Carfreaks.net guys are there, say, quite often..) and took a couple of quick shots.. They portray the size of 135i pretty nicely:
Rather cold there in the Eifel mountains that morning: Attachment 2188 The 135i's pretty small, lovely: Attachment 2187 Not too bad, comparing to the GTI Golf behind, btw notice the angle of the kidney-grille on the 135i: Attachment 2186 Regards, Axcu Carfreaks.net |

Axcu, thank you - some of us are pleased that the 135i is small, thanks again for sharing your observations!!
PS - say hello to Simo Lampinen next time you see him (from a fan who watched Per Eklund challenge Pike's Peak). |

Thanks for the pics man! I'm going to rock the hell out of this little car. Its still kinda freaks me out knowing 320hp is stuffed under the bonnet.

I think that is Montego Blue.
The colour doesn't shift in hue enough to be LeMan blue. Also LeMan blue would only be available via BMW Individual and is not a standard choice on the 135i |

I believe it is available in the MSport package, but this car does not have the wheels or trim that come with that package, thus it must be montego.

Makes sense! Either way, it doesn't really matter (for me) I suppose since I like both colours. Blue definitely looks hot on the 1er.

I will be going from a similar white (4-dr) GTI to potentially the 128i. I think the VW looks a little cleaner and the hatch is a little more useful so i will have to see when i sit in one at the LA show. its between the 1 and the R32 for my $33k and i do like the idea of AWD.

Wow, driving a GTI now that makes me soo happy. I had imagined the 135i, even though it isnt much bigger, would look a lot longer, but it doesn't!

I don't know I'm not sure being that compact is good in my book. I was hoping due to the weight that it would be closer to 3 series size. TC size is pretty small if anyone has ever tried to fit in the back of one. Sure all I need that back seat for is to cover the possibility of having a kid in the next 5 years but I was expecting a little more room for that little weight loss. I guess I won't know till I test drive one next summer though
