So this is the car im looking at...i looks like its fully loaded for a 10' and a BIT over priced im just looking for some advice and how to approach the "msrp" of this vehicle etc. and aslo with this car being "BMW" certified pre-owned how hard is it going to be to get the dealer to come down on this price.

Yep, it's a lot of money for an 10. The car new was about $46-47 K. The car should depreciate about 15% the first year and another 8-10% the second. 2012s are now coming into the country. CP0 adds 2K. Used prices are high try asking for 10% off of the price and see.

I looked (online) at that exact car and spoke to (emailed) a salesman about it.
The "list" price is 37,995. With zero negotiation, I was offered the car for $35,900 non-CPO, and $36,900 CPO. The person I spoke with was Fred Ammons. PM me with your email address and I can forward you the emails. So that should give you an idea of how much room. Immediately knocking off $2K tells me there was I probably could have gotten it for $35K to $35.5K non-CPO. I was looking 1 month ago, and it's still for sale at the same list price. The biggest downsides of the car to me were: 1) Do I really want a white car with red interior (looks great, but will I feel the same way in 5+ years as I planned to keep the car for a long time) 2) 18K miles is on the high side, I was looking at cars with less than 10K 3) it's loaded but I didn't really want or need all the additional features, so it was hard to justify a higher price (to me). 4) I really dislike Gray Poplar Wood Trim |

Look at mine, almost identical (I prefer my setup), but only $31,000.
