Tire replacement in Miami
Anyone know a shop that can replace the tires without getting the wheels damanaged or scatched.

We have a shop that mounts tires on all the wheels we do tire packages on! PM us for info if you'd like!

If you are willing to make the hike, "Tire Hut" on Sunrise Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, just east of I95 on the south side of the street, next to a brand new AutoZone.
They specifically have the tire mount machine that handles specialty rims. They also have great prices on tires. They match TireRack.com prices (with shipping). The shop is usually packed, so call ahead and make an appt. If you go, you can say "Yellow Focus/White BMW Guy" recommended them (Focus was my last commuter car).
