I am worried about corrosion with only water and water wetter. What do you think would be a minimum coolant ratio to prevent corrosion?

There is corrosion inhibitors added with the Redline WW, plus you won't be able to drain all the coolant anyway so you don't have to worry about it. We ran our 335i for 4 years with about 10% coolant, distilled water and Redline WW without any issues.

Trying to find more information about this as well. Saw HP Autowerks had an upgraded radiator installed on a car but can't find it on their site

Is there any other way to drain out the coolant without removing the FMIC?

Thanks.

The fan only helps in low road speeds. Once you get up to speed, the air flowing through the radiator will take over and.

Do you have this Radiator finally finished? i need it urgently!

You could pull off the lower radiator hose (the old school way)and get most of the old coolant out. There will be some left inside the radiator though.

As I want to try to avoid taking out the FMIC where possible.

Thanks.
