Fitment Assistance appreciated.

18 x 8 ET 40 with 245/40/18
18 x 9 ET 45 with 255/35/18

Will these fit? :| My car is lowered a little on, I believe, the HR sport springs. I'm hoping that this setup won't rub.

The rear setup should work fine as long as you're not too low. There's a slight chance you could rub over larger bumps on the inner wheel well.

The front setup could pose a problem with fender clearance unless you have roughly -1.5 > -2.0 camber. You might also need to trim the bumper tabs and roll the front fenders. M3 arms and Dinan plates would give you enough clearance plus the added benefit of better turn-in and feel.

For reference I'm running essentially ET42 (ET45 + 3mm spacer = ET42) on a 8.5" with 245/35, -2.5 camber with a roll and slight pull. I'm not on stock dampers but it's been proven a 245 will fit in terms of wheel/tire clearance to damper and lower spring perch with stock dampers given you have enough camber and not too low. A 235/40 might be a better option especially if you aren't tracking the car.

Others will chime in.

+1 this is spot on.

Front will probably rub without camber / rolled fenders, but the rear will probably be fine. Depends on what tire you're running too -- "245" isn't "true width" for a lot of tires nowadays..

Front tire is too tall, use 225/40 or 245/35.

Oops, that was a typo! I was hoping to put 225s on the front.

For reference, I'm running

215/40/18 front on stock 264 wheels
255/35/18 rear on stock 264 wheels

right now.

The other setup I was thinking of was 245/40/18 in the rear... :\ but it sounds like they might rub.
