Would you get a Route 66 Warranty on this?
82k miles, dealer/indy maintained it's whole life. Turbos replaced and have 2 years of warranty as of August, walnut cleaning done. Stock clutch / brakes (but my guess is warranty doesn't cover wear items such as those).
My CU offers Route 66 and it's prolly in the $1,500 range (waiting for exact quote to come back). A apart of me says to just do it since I want to keep the car for a few years and not deal with any work (and there's plenty of other shit that will/can break... right?). The other part of me says all the big ticket items are done and warrantied for the next two years anyways, and the next major things are going to be wear items that aren't covered anyways. Anyone have any insight? |

Based on your mileage i wouldnt. Its going to be 3 yrs up to 100k whichever is first and will cost right at 2k since bmw is a "premium" vehicle. Not worth it for less than 20k miles in my opinion.
