No, at least mine were not noisy. I have read that some are, not sure if that is an install issue of damaged spherical bearing. I never had a problem with them.

Should work if you have 60mm springs, otherwise you will need to use different spring perches which can be picked up from Vorshlag. They are good guys, give them a shout to make sure.
