Tire/wheel fit?

Quick question (and please forgive my ignorance on tire/wheel fittings). On my 135i I have the original 18" staggered wheels (7.5" front/ 8.5" rear) with original equipment runflat tires and i bought the sport edition km11 (18") with bridgestone blizzack winter tires (225/40R18) for a winter setup. I like the sport edition better than the original equipment and was thinking about switching tires from my original setup to my new wheels and vice versa. So my question is will my runflats fit on my km11's and my blizzacks on my original equipment wheels or is the staggering going to cause a problem. Thanks for any help.
Greg

http://www.rims-n-tires.com/rt_specs.jsp may offer some comments on tire fitment on the wheels (handy to bookmark anyway, as this is the best wheel/tire comparison machine I've ever found on the Internet).

Blizzaks will fit fine on the stock rims. Runflats on the KM11s will work as well, but not ideally. 245s on an 8" rim is pretty wide.

Yes - it is very good. First time I have ever really seen the front and rear standard setup side x side - and although it makes sense (I hadn't realized this before) - the front and rears have exactly the same overall diameter and revs per mile.

Rear Wheels: 245/35-18
18x8.5 ET 52 Dia: 629 mm (24.8'') Revs / Mile: 814.8

Front Wheels: 215/40-18
18x7.5 ET 49 Dia: Dia: 629 mm (24.8'') Revs / Mile: 814.8

Mustangs have been fitted with 245s on 8" wide rims for years (1994 - 2004 to be exact).

My '93 Cobra came with a 245 wide tire on a 7.5" rim and it is noticeable that the rim is too narrow. That's why I upgraded to the '99 Cobra rims which are 8" wide...fitment is perfect.

It would be nice if the 135i had 245 at all corners. I can't think of any good reasons for a stagered set-up, unless you're goin' drag racing.
