For sale is a BMS CAN Tool (CT). This is a great little device that allows you to do things such as:

• Read ECU codes

• Delete ECU codes.

• Auto-delete annoying tuner detection codes

• Auto-delete annoying exhaust modification codes (non-emissions use only) eliminating the need for a DPFIX!

• User adjustable in dash gauge display including boost, timing, and air intake temperature

• User adjustable shift light

• No laptop required!

• Not locked to a specific VIN -- use on as many cars as you'd like

• DB9 port allowing firmware updates with the BMS USB cable

• Free firmware updates!
 Many more features to come!

Works for:

BMW
• N54 135/335: Code read/delete, in dash gauges
• N55 135/335: Code read/delete, in dash gauges
• N52 128/328: Code read/delete
• Diesel 335d/X5d: Code read/delete
• 2007+ M3: Code read/delete
• N20 F30 Code delete
• F10 528/535 Code delete

Mini Cooper
• 2008+ MINI S Models.

I am asking $100.00 shipped within the us (ground shipping). Original price is $179.00 and it is in great condition. Nothing wrong with it.

Please contact me with questions and concerns, or to make an offer.

You can use it to clear codes but I don't think it'll do it on it's own. And I do to know if it's better or not. Never tried the other way.

I installed catless dp's in May and got the o2 code. I have jb4 and read the codes through that. I heard about just having the auto clear on to get rid if the codes. So that's what I did. Started getting a shudder at low throttle. Ran that for a month or two just continually deleting the codes. Then started getting ses light and limp mode under hard wot. Turned off car and everything went back to normal. Then it graduated into multiple o2 codes and peaked with several misfire codes about a month ago. I did valve cleaning, new plugs and swapped coils and replaced 2 o2 sensors. Still had all the same problems. Then figured out that when I installed the dp's the rear o2 sensors were switched. I had the wrong rear o2 sensors in The wrong dp. I switched those and all the problems went away. When I talked to terry he said I should not be getting any o2 codes and to take care of that first. After it was all fine I got another ses light. I read the codes and all it said was catless dp's detected. Terry said those are the normal codes to get, not o2. So auto clear those. Now she runs even better. So good the clutch is now slipping. Can't wait for spring to see what the 1/4 mile and dyno says now that she's running right. Moral is don't just clear o2 sensor codes. Find out why they are there and fix it. Not sure about Dinan but atleast with the jb4. Sorry to thread jack op. Just trying to help out a fellow 1addict.

Edit: just noticed your running N55 not sure about that. This all happened on my N54.
