Great video, and great guys (Zach and Mike). I've been a member of the Classic Car Club, which further 'tuned' my perspective what it actually means to own an exotic car and see beyond its luster, which often clouds the better judgement of us pistonheads when it comes time to acquire something you've coveted for years. Seeing it prima vista, all the amount of maintenance required, cost of such, tears, sweat (& swearing), and elbow grease mandated for some of these classic cars to be in shape or at least running, particularly the F-cars, it was truly a wake up call and revelation. Some of these cars fall in the category of boats, where the two happiest days of an owner's life is the day 1). he buys the car, and 2). the day he sells the car.
BTW, the CCC had a BSM 1M, but for very shortly. It was in fact advertised here for sale before they acquired it (fellow member wolfbimmer), but from a club perspective it didn't make much of a business case to keep a fairly limited/exclusive car (for which you can't charge the points an exotic would demand), which also had a gazilion mods on it (full Akra, wheels, tune, etc.), and a steady rack 40K+ miles a yr of member 'usage'.
