08 135I black on coral red good deal?

so im currently in the market for a 135 and came across an 08 bla ck on red with 16k miles. it includes sport package, premium package, and cold weather package. I ran a carfax on it and seems its an off lease and has been through 2 owners, cars seems very clean. they are asking 29,777. is this priced to high or does it seem decently priced? I figured id try ti negotiate it down to 27k out the door, possible? this car is at a dealer btw, what do you guys think? any feedback will help, thanks!

should still be good time to buy a car, esp in vegas. i'd say good deal would be 25 or so.

in early summer last year picked up a 1 yr old 09 with 6k miles, for 28 from a bmw dealer.

I'd say that's a fair deal if it's CPO. CPO will extend the warranty to 100k miles. That's what they did on mine

unfortunately I'm almost certain the car doesnt have the extended warranty.... from what the carfax read it was personally owned up until 8.5k miles then someone picked it up as a lease up to 16k miles ?

sucks one of the OG's are leaving! are you trying to make it to MFEST this year? anyways unfortunately i really want a red or black interior car otherwise I'd highly consider yours!

had another question for you guys, think its a bad idea to buy a 135i right now being the 1M is coming out soon and possibly drop the market value of the 135i? or maybe its shouldnt be expected to be that way?

Well in my case I'm interested in a 6spd, but the reason I ask is because I would imagine the release of the 1M would devalue the used 135i market even more. I could be wrong but I'm guessing a 1M would just be just a couple of thousands more than a fully equipped new 135i.... Figured the 08/09 135i market would drop. Anyone else think differently?

Update**

So I got off the phone with the dealer and instead of me wasting time and flying to the dealer which is in a different state I decided to give them my highest offer out the door for the car and unfortunately my offer wasn't enough at 28k for them to let the car go.... They must like holding onto cars and let them sit until someone desperate is willing to pay their asking price... Anyways I'm not desperate so I'm willing to wait for the right car at the right price. Sucks as black on red is a very nice combo.... But even at 28k I thought that was a solid offer.... For what it was with the packages it came in, but anything over that would be overpriced..... Anyways on with the search!

This car is an 08 with low miles so it should be priced higher than an 08 with 30k+ miles however, it's going to be four years old when the 2012s are released in early spring. This will impact the overall value of the car that will continue to depreciate. Have patience and the right car will come along.
