I am the second owner, bought the car in May of 2013 from Bill Jacobs BMW out of Naperville IL as a 1-owner CPO with 31,000 miles. Car was in mint condition when I bought it. I have put a lot of effort into keeping this car in mint condition. As stated above, no accidents, no paintwork, no bodywork. This car has been a great daily driver, reliable, quick and comfortable.

Very clean car, washed, polished, waxed and sealant treatments done regularly. Always premium 93 fuel. Oil changes every 6,000 miles with full synthetic. All service records available during my ownership (see maintenance details below).

Two key fobs, all manuals, tool kit, first-aid kit, sunshade, umbrella and spare oil quart sleeve included.

Included With Sale:

• Bilstein B12 cup kit (installed). Bilstein dampeners with Eibach springs. Very slight drop (less than 1"). Does not scrape during daily driving. Car rides and handles better than stock.
• Whiteline rear subframe bushings (installed).
• M-sport suspension (dampeners and springs).
• CPE front plate tow mount. (No holes drilled in bumper)
• New Michelin Pilot Super Sports 225/18 & 255/18 installed 5/4/2014.
• Set of 264 style 18" wheels with Pirelli Sottozero II snow tires and TPMS sensors.

Maintenance Details - Fluids and parts replaced with BMW OEM only.

• Oil changes every 6,000 miles with BMW Full Synthetic and BMW oil filters. Changed August '14 at 54,100 miles.
• Brake Fluid Flushed: April '14, 46,000 miles.
• Clutch Fluid Flushed: April '14, 46,000 miles.
• Transmission Fluid Replaced: March '14, 45,000 miles.
• Differential Fluid Replaced: March '14, 45,000 miles.
• Cabin Filter Replaced: Nov '13, 41,000 miles.
• Front Brake Rotors Replaced: April '14, 47,000 miles.
• Front and Rear Brake Pads Replaced: April '14, 47,000 miles.
• Battery Replaced: Nov '13, 41,000 miles.

PM sent. I'm interested. On a mad search for the right 135. I'll find it eventually. I'm confused on the CPO warranty transfer from one private party to another. The way I read this transfer form in the link you provided indicates transfers are only eligible on CPO vehicles that sold on or after January 1st 2014.

The new CPO warranty changed for 2014 and on models, that warranty is only transferable to family members.

All CPO warranties prior to 2014 are fully transferable, the way BMW applies the warranty is the actual car is warrantied (by VIN). This means anyone at anytime within the warranty period can bring the car into a dealer for CPO warranty work, they do not link the warranty to a specific owner.
