I'm assuming that you'd get much better gains than the +8 hp / +13 ft lbs gained from going stock to these DPs on a tuned car, right?

The numbers that were posted only shows small gains at the peak. I am more interested in the gains throughout the powerband, specifically the low RPM range where it seemed the Catless Dp made most of its gains.

You do not need a tune, but "Yes" the car will run very rich.

The gains will be much greater with a tune... We will be posting Vishnu Catted / Procede numbers sometime this week...
