Suspension movement noise

Ever since i installed my aftermarket suspension (6+ months ago) ive had this weird suspension noise happening. Its hard to describe, but i would describe it as 'suspension movement noise' more than anything else. Its not sharp or metallic, just very muted noise. It happens during medium speeds over very rough roads, and pretty much every bump while going slow <20mph. Anyone experience this?

Suspension Mods:
Koni Yellows
Vogtland Springs
Dinan rear shock mount spacers

Exhaust mods:
Maddad whisper catback

Could be strut bearings.

Sorry forgot to mention, it sounds like it's coming from the rear

Hey OP. Check to make sure the RSM dust boot didn't get bunched up with the Dinan part. Mine tried to do that when I installed them. Hard to say what's causing your noise but I think Harold & Co. might have it right.

If he is running the yellows, it's a hard plastic sleeve.
