Lamin-X headlight covers installed
i got them on and they look sick! Maybe a little dark for my taste but i still like them
in the dark they look blacked out until the halos and xenons come on, but during the day its pretty easy to see through them. heres a couple of pics i took 30 sec after they finished the install. ill take some better pics a little bit later (the camera makes them look a little darker than they really are)

i dont know how the amber gones will look under the smoked lens cover, but im tell you from personal expirence that you cant really see as much as you use to when you put the tints on. i had the tints on for a while it looks sick but then i took it off because it was like you were driving without headlights on at night. i ended up just going and getting euro headlights.

What orange bulb?
I am pretty sure the sidemarker bulb is clear and the orange reflectors make it look orange.

The bulb is orange, if you look close you can see the bulb, and it can be replaced...there is a tab in the wheel well that can be removed that allows access to it |

i did it myself.
they just didnt have any sticking power. i would put them on but they wouldnt grip the lens. (the lens was warm and i didn't use the "wet" installation technique) |

i think there is something you have to apply to the amber gones for it to stick to the headlights, when i did my tint the guy told me the warmer the easier it sticks, then you have to keep it out of the rain for 24 hours so it can stick properly.
i dont know why it didnt stick, but if you say it didnt have any sticking power then you have to apply something to the amber gones itself. who did you order it from ? maybe talk with them and see if they can walk you through it or see if there is something in the DIY section

i live in New Mexico, everything is legal here haha
they arent as dark as they look in the pics, and at night you cant really tell they're on. (theres a few pics of them at night with the headlights on in this thread http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...=226159&page=7) |
