If the CEL is in the middle it's something like complete loss of oil pressure which would require you to stop immediately. The other CEL could be a faulty sensor which wouldn't require you to stop driving right away.
But, I would bring it in ASAP.

Update: I just got my car back after four days at the dealership (and because they ran out of BMW loaners, my courtesy car was a big red Dodge Charger!!). Anyway, they believe that they have found the problem through the process of elimination and many long road tests. It wasn't the HPFP after all, but #1 fuel injector. It's now been replaced and I have my car back and she seems to be running great again. I've already had her on the freeway without incident, so I think everything may be back to great in the 135i-land that I inhabit. Again, thanks to all who contributed their ideas to help figure this out! |

Good to hear it's fixed and let's hope for good. My dealership always runs out of BMWs so I've had the displeasure of driving a Jetta and a Suzuki SX4.
