Anyone attending Mpact (Long Pond PA) Pocono Raceway?
So, this weekend is Mpact up at Pocono Raceway in Longpond Pa. Any other 1 series cars attending? If so stop by, I'll be hanging in the Thompson BMW and Akrapovic tent. Should be a fun time provided the rain stays away. Planning to watch the Roll races on Friday and hang out all day Saturday.

I'll be there Saturday, though the rain'll be a shame.
Went to last year's event and it was great. Looking forward to it again.

last year's was awesome. burn out comp was fun. I think loesch was talking about going. not sure how many the rain will turn away. would love to make it out but I can't.

I was looking forward to going however... my girlfriend is not a car enthusiast and since I am already dragging her to an event this month she said no....
Her opinion of cars is that they should look nice and be cushy on the inside with gadgets galore... and must be washed weekly.... however performance she would be just as happy with a 1L 3 cylinder or a supercharged v8 Edit: her most quoted line while i drive "If i wanted to feel my stomach drop out I would buy tickets to six flags Not go driving with you" every time my right foot goes down in the car.... i hear the gasp and feel her looking at me.... up soon in the classified section "slightly used GF for sale or trade" |
