Has anyone NOT seen a 1er on the road yet?

Live in Belgium and see 5-door 1 series all the time, but still no coupe's and verts, except in the dealership. Mine is on the Courage heading towards the US, where I'll meet up with it in June.

I haven't seen one yet, except at the dealer (they have 4 right now). Apparently, they had an allocation of 28 pre-orders that came in when the car first launched, but I haven't seen any around town yet. The first one I saw, I drove...(test drove )

I still haven't seen one yet, and I notice almost every BMW now. Then again my dealer said they are only getting a handful of 08 1ers period.

Here in Greenville, SC and I still haven't seen one on the road. It's killing me....I want to see one "in action."

I bought a SGM two weeks ago and have seen only one 1 series on the road. I was excited to be one of the first and only. Then yesterday I see a AW 135i in my condo parking lot! Now I'm going to see it everyday!

I still haven't seen one either! I'm dreading my first trip to the suburbs of NYC (LI, Northern Jersey) -- the roads are probably littered with them!

Saw a Jet Black/Black 128i on fashionable Newbury Street in Boston on Thursday. That's my first and only sighting.

(btw, if you mention Newbury, I think it's state law to put fashionable in there somewhere) People who live here know what I mean.

Finally saw a 120d convertible today! Not quite the 135i I'm waiting for, but nice to see they actually exist except in pictures and dealership showrooms.

I still haven't seen another besides mine on the road yet, but I was officially seen today.

It was a gorgeous day, not a cloud in the sky, and I was driving around with the top down. At some point, I noticed a Z3 behind me, and at a light, he pulled up next to me. Asked me how I liked it, said I was the first 1er vert he'd seen on the road.

I saw an AW 128i in Tyson's Corner yesterday... I tried to pull up along side to chat, but traffic wouldn't allow. That was the first time I've seen a 1er on the road.

On Thursday I drove from Boston to Philly, and I drove back yesterday. I had the top down the whole way (until it got dark and chilly last night). And I saw no other 1ers.

So far I have not seen ONE's on the street. Still no 1 series coupe in Chile. My car should be the first; I'm anxious and nervous about that... hopefully I like it.
The ship will be arriving this Friday early....
