Help! ERROR code CC-ID 415

Hi Guys,

My car is parked in a shelter for the winter. I start the car up periodically to ensure internal lubrication. Today when i started it I got the service requirement light and when i checked the error code was:

"CC-ID 415"

I noticed the HVAC in the car wasn't working properly. The fan weak and won't blow strongly.

Does anyone know what this error code means? My service department is closed and i searched the internet with no avail.
