Macht Schnell MS97 Shift Knob

Does anyone have experience with this shift knob? I really like the design, but I'm curious as to how securely it will fit since there's no screws to tighten. Also I've used the Jaffster Delrin Shift Knob before, how does this one compare to it in terms of weight?

Thanks!

From that thread it seems like it would fit very well. I've been on the edge about this one or the jaffster, I just like the design of this better I think, and it's all black which will match my interior nicely

FWIW - question - do you like the design from an appearance standpoint, or functionality? My experience is that metal knobs (it looks like it's metal) can be burning hot and freezing cold, and suck. Also long narrow knobs like that are simply uncomfortable for holding, too. Whenever I swap a knob I make sure it's 1) leather, and 2) shaped perfectly to wrap thumb and fingers around comfortably with my hand in a natural position. I bought my 1-er with a knob like that and it didn't take long for me to swap it out.

Not saying you shouldn't get it or don't know what your'e looking for, just recommending you be sure that's what you want.

i believe its a plastic material so the heat/cold thing doesn't apply to this, but yea the ergonomics of these cylindrical knobs arent as nice as something like the ZHP. But thats just personal preference
