I think AW looks fine, but the dash looks kinda cheap. I dunno, guess I need to see it in person, but from that pic the instruments just look a bit low rent compared to the M3.

It's the same dash as all 1 series. And as baby BMW it does look less handsome compare to the rest but once the car is in motion it's something can be overlooked, hopefully.

Agree...

Externally it looks great, interior not so at all, especially with the ask price at around 110-$120,000 here in Aust.

Need to see it in the flesh before making any final judgements/decisions...

Hmm.. honestly I was a little disappointed. Love the rear flares, but the new front and rear see a little too aggressive (in a over-done bad way). And the exhaust tips seem a little small, like a baby-quad. Not low enough. I don't know if it is the white color that is throwing me off or what (as someone else had pointed out).

1M-envy aside, I really think my alpine white 135i on KWs + Performance front bumper + the 1M flares = better looking.

I prefer the 1 series interior over the 3 series. The Nav looks tacked on, but it perfect otherwise.

The AW does look sharp. The perfect sleeper, a wolf in sheep's cloths.

I like Z4 and 5's. The interior of 1 is sufficient. I didn't like the arm rest and cup holders otherwise it passes. A little spartan for the price level. Most people like the driver orientated console compare to 3 series.

Funny!, I don't particularly like the 1 series lines. The headlights look a little too big and I really don't like the pot belly....so ironically I think it looks best in white BECAUSE it washes out the lines. It makes them blend in better in my opinion.

I think it looks great in white. The headlights also seem to blend in a little more because of the white eyelid. Ironic!

I think black would look great but I've made that mistake before, and never doing it again. Here is SoCal it gets hot, I prefer natural air to AC. To make matters worse, you have a car with rear windows that don't roll down.....with only black leather seats as an option...to me, black on black coupe without rear roll down windows is like these girls that walk around campus in 7 inch stilettos...they look good but high maintenance and definitely not comfortable.

Alpine White, I think is the best so far. I would love it if they offered a true bright red or Interlagos Blue, but if not AW is number one for me.

Well put...Thats how ive felt about my 1er since shortly after i bought it, it doesnt work on th 1M either.
