weird beeping noise

hey guys, so i have an 09 135i, and when i unlock the car after a long amount of time, it makes a rather long beeping unlocking noise than usual. I have brought it up to the dealership and they said it is normal. Can someone confirm this?

My 09 281 does it too...kind of like a light high pitched hum
