Wax on my convertible top
I need to put the top down a little before waxing my convertible but twice I have waxed with the top up and touched the edge of the top in back with the wax. It leaves a white reside. What is the best way to get this off without harming the top?
Jim

Greg,
Thanks, I have some Raggtop cleaner. I used up all the treatment from the can I used less than a month ago when my bimmer turned one. I should probably retreat the area after cleaning, right? Jim

After a good cleaning protecting the top is a big help. Here is what I recommend for Fabric Tops
Protect With: 303 High Tech Fabric Guard OR Raggtopp Fabric Protectant Here is what I recommend for Vinyl Tops Protect With: 303 Aerospace Protectant OR Raggtopp Vinyl Protectant |

Next time use some wide blue painters tape to protect the edge of the roof when polishing.
