Rear Trailing Arm Bushings (play)

How much movement is normal in the RTAs? Trying to diagnose a problem and I can physically twist the RTAs on each side with one hand. More so on passenger side than on driver. Not much but definitely a few mm of play. None of the other arms have any play.

Looking at the bushings today, they don't appear to be torn up.

Inner edge of both tires are pretty badly chewed up, have some rear end wander under WOT, rear suspension doesnt feel quite as firm (a little more pogo-stick behavior, almost feels lurchy) as it did recently and have an intermittent clunk/clatter from the rear which is not associated with bumps. If doing a low gear pull or launching with a little roll-out, the rear end pulls hard to the side. Not fishtailing, it's got grip.

Checked rear strut top mounts, lower strut bolt, lower mount bolts, subframe bushing bolts, all torqued to spec. Have no play in the damper unit itself either.

Ideas?
