Coding - Can this be done?

I'd like to reprogram the voice command button to go from BMW's voice command recognition to Siri (apple's one). Can it be done?

What about previous / next for spotify on the iphone if the phone is blue toothed or connected via the y cable?

so as a heads up pandora works for next on my steering controls using the Y- ipod cable but for some reason spotify doesnt or at least the past few days (since i made the switch) it hasnt....

I have iPhone 5 and I can skip songs via steering controls.

Doesn't this happen when you press and hold the phone button instead? I think i remember i accidentally did that once but i almost never use siri..
