Chicago Meet Up Followed By Great Lakes Drag!

GLD (Great Lakes Dragaway) at 8am sharp. It's going to be an all cars event with mostly SRT-4 guys, I was hoping we could get a nice size group and get some good shots.

It's a flat fee of 15$ to race or spectate.

We're meeting in Bensenville at my buddy's shop:

We're leaving from their at 8am sharp if you want to meet up at the track that's fine to.

I want in! Haven't been to a strip in years. I have AW 135i with dp, intake, fmic, and cobb tune.

Nice I wasn't going to run since I'm stock and I won't be driving like an asshole on the highway there because I'm on a ticket.

It would be awesome comparison if you ran your stock car and I my slightly modded car!

I could do one pass if you really wanted to (N54?) and don't get me wrong there are times I drive like an asshole but it's usually to prove a point to some kid that's being a dick.

i have a AW 2011 135i, running jb4 and intake. I may have an intercooler and ill probably run e85 too.

I'd run E85 as well, but last time I tried my clutch started slipping and fuel system (both low and high) was not meeting requested pressures by quite a bit.

were you running a 50/50 mix or something? Cause ive only mixed in maybe 2-3 gallons at most and set the jb4 to map 5, and after 3-4 WOT pulls, it was pretty consistent. I've never had any clutch slip myself, i have a 6M/T though if that makes any difference.

I had 4 gallons of E85 and the rest 93. LPFP was dropping to below 45 psi and HPFP was down by quite a bit at high revs. I also need to adjust WGDC a bit as it was overboosting as well and reached the MAP sensor limit at one point I suppose it's a bit nicer having JB4 do boost control as it seems to be very good at that!

Before I go back to E85, I will install Walbro LPFP as well as read up a bit more on fine tuning.

I was pretty convinced it was clutch slip but who knows.

Anyway, looking forward to see what we all run at the strip!
