Notice that is eBay UK, and not USA as your original post inquired about. I have yet to find these in the USA. (Keep in mind UK drives on the opposite side, so cut-off will be incorrect.)

all this depo lamps come from china , we need to know how to get them to usa

Afaik the depos have a cut of switch so can be adjusted for both RHD and LHD
