calling all RD LED people

I just installed my RD angel eyes and am suprised on how blue they look. I talked to Eric from PYSpeed and he said RD says they're suppose to have a blue tint. I'm confident in Eric's answer since he has great customer service but was just wondering what everyone else's RD impression was?

I used to have EFXs and they were bright white, these are extremely blue compared to those.

Had it for more then half a year.. pretty happy compared to the GP thunders I had..

If you want it to be less blue you might want to go with the ones that Bimmian is offering..

They are pretty blue. The GP thunders are much closer to white.

RD is a solid setup, we ran them for about 8 months on Jon's car and never had a problem. We just swapped them out for a similar setup that we found to have better color output. No errors either which was a plus.

Whats the better colored setup? I would much prefer bright white than blue.

Light meter is the best way but in general, a 4300k is a white/yellow, 6000k is a pure white and 8000k is a white with aqua color.

thanks for the pics. I don't really see a big difference as far as I can tell. Anyone else see a big difference? I think I'm just trying to tell myself your RDs are bluer but i don't know.

Is this the package that goes for circa $150 US? If so, what are the advantages of this over the options that seem to be available for less than $50 US? (Yes, I've searched. And, yes, I've read through the many, many long threads that discuss and compare options. Still lost, though.)

Also, is there a "white" foglight option that's been tried and tested?

Thanks.
