Can't We Get This Hood?!?

I have been trying to get the CSR eyelids for a while and after looking around on here I came across this picture that most of you have probably already seen by now. My question is... our hoods that we have on our cars that came stock already fall over/cover the headlight assembly, so why can't a company manufacture a hood that has the same flow and covers the headlights in a more aggressive look at the front end (like this picture). It should be easy and if it wasn't CF it would be cheaper too. Clean/Sexy... I bet a good amount of us would throw money down on it. Or am I wrong, and this wouldn't work?? Who knows a friend out of one of the venders on here that might be willing to try???

I'm with ya...I like the more aggressive look to the headlights. Perhaps ask icarbon?

Put some vents on there and it'll look extra aggressive...

I already requested this in the icarbon "what should we make" thread, I think they are one vendor that could/would do this. Post there too, because I would definitely buy this!

I rate those headlights.... I haven't seen any eyelids that have given the same effect yet.

I like it, but less stock, more functional vents similar to Vorsteiner.

We tried to do that with the Vorsteiner hood but the headlights got in the way of the bowser style.

then couldn't you just extend the hood just enough to clear the lights on the sides without making it a noticeable difference? hmmm... If icarbon could do it that would be great, but I for one would want it non CF. I would like to keep the car somewhat stock looking. That way for resale you could keep the hood on and keep its value, and then wouldn't need to keep the stock hood in the garage...

Seriously. It seems like the easiest mod to do on the car yet they seem the hardest to get.

Would like to get that Vorsteiner hood. Would NOT like to pay the $2k or so for a painted hood though, lol.
