According to my DTE indicator, I'm supposed to be getting 550-600km out of this tank. I'll let you know if it happens.

After a 98 km drive it tells me I have 621 km's

something doesn't add up lol

make sure you guys reset the dte after each fill or else the readings will be all slightly off since its based on average speed and all that.

Yup, gotta watch that as the gas gets lower, if you change driving styles the averages get all messed up. It's nice when it starts at 14km till empty, then you drive downhill to the Gas station and says you have 25km's after driving 10km.

However, being on 20km, then hitting a long slow uphill on a motor, will get you to 0 far quicker than you'd like !!

Jesus, I'm worried: I only got 325km out of this last tank in city driving. What are other people getting?

Of course, I am driving like I stole the thing.

Does mileage get better after the break-in period?

I did notice that fuel consumption in city driving is just awful (especially if you drive it like you stole it!). Switch your BC to instantaneous mileage and you'll see around 40l/100km just accelerating normally from a stop.

However, highway driving at a constant speed is a different story. I do about 90% highway driving and so far (after 1300 km) I'm averaging about 8.6 l/100km.

After the break-in period is over, I have a feeling that number will go up

A week & few days in, and I've done just over 1600 km's.

I'm getting around 600 km per tank now.

My 200 km commute involves about 150 km highway & 50 km in stop start highway traffic.

I've seen gradual improvement with each tank so hopefully I may see over 650 km per fill up.
