Since you had no tuning devices on the car, how quickly is thing thing going to throw a CEL or did you have a CEL fix on it. If so which one?

We do not have a catted version yet. If there is interest for one then shoot me an email and we can make it happen. As a manufacturer we have an advantage in total quality control and speed to market as we do not have to rely on others to get things done.

We sell direct to the public and you can also get one from one of our dealer network. There are several right here on 1addicts and E90post.

^Why did you guys choose to go with a 4" downpipe than let's say a 3.5"?
I can't imagine that the old excuse, "bigger is always better" applies to everything lol.

I think it's great you guys have made a quality catless downpipe. The numbers from the downpipe alone are fantastic. How are you dealing with any check engine lights, or are you getting any?

Is it safe without the fine tune with this "new" exhaust component?

I'm sure Berk will answer - but look at the dyno chart.
either 4" or 3.5" the gains are there.
Berk's DP has been solid on my 3er as a daily driver.

at one point i thought that the 4" was overkill, but after dyno'n
that theory has been debunk'd. I can say that for Berk's 4" DP -
u have to check other peoples dyno on their DP. just be an inform
buyer and you'll choose a solid product.

you can run the CAN tool to remove the SES light.
or get a full tune, most tunes will auto delete the light from start up.
or don't worry bout it and enjoy the extra power.
