Seat randomly moving

Hey guys. Just picked up a 2011 135i. Msport, nav, harmon kardon, dct, premium, active steering (basically loaded).

I am having a weird issue with my driver's seat and after extensive searching could not find an answer. Before you ask the vehicle is out of warranty.


The driver's seat decided to randomly start moving JUST THE BACK (as in recline) whenever it feels like it. I noticed it only happens when weight is on the seat, and the problem is if it starts doing it you can not just move it back. Once you get out of the seat you can freely move the backrest again. I'm assuming a short in wiring somewhere haviong to do with weight, or a lose plug? Any suggestions?

if no one has a clue, can someone at least tell me which fuse or plug to pull so I can set the seat, pull power, and at least drive it without fear.
