COBB = Exellent service

I was having problems updating the firmware on my Cobb AP. I contacted Cobb via email and got a reply immediately. I was directed to try re-installing the drivers and when that didn't work I mailed it in for service. Within 5 days my AP was mailed back with the new firmware at no cost. I can't say enough about Cobb's great customer service. Thanks Eric! Cobb rocks!

All the dealings I've had with Cobb over the years have all been good. I wish I could say that for a few other companies who will remain nameless.

Cobb is a fantastic company and you'd be stupid to expect any less from them.
