Looks wonderful. Big improvement from your stock wheels.

I wish they made style 162 wheels in those sizes.

Those are very good looking wheels.

But for my taste, hte rear tire/wheel combo is not working well. The wheel seems wider than the tire. I would have chose either a smaller wheel (8.5 isnstead of 9.5 inches wide) or a wider tire (274 instead of 245).

The current combo will also require incredibly carefull parking since you´ll catch curb rash with even sth slightest touching of anythin since the wheel is completely unprotected by the tire.

Nevertheless. Great looks and

Ahh this looks great !

On my old e36 i have a combination too !
front 17 inch and 215 Tyres and the back has 17 inch 235 tyres.

I like this combo but for the e90 ill take both the same.
But my next e90 will have the M Rims again... so perhaps

You should have got a 265 or a 275 wide tire in the back? Nice choice though! Whew! those wheels makes me think.

Yeah I know what your saying. The thing is with the car being lowered and the spacers (10mm) it would have required me to roll the rear fenders, 275 would be too wide, it would look the best but rub on the fenders. I may try 255 or 265 next time, until then I will be very careful on the curbs.

Yeah I think tire width is mostly a looks thing for us. Our car don't produce a whole lot of power to need a gigantic tire on the rear wheels. True 245 looks thin for a 9.5 wheel but the photos kind of accentuate it, it's not that extreme when seen in person. I will take some pics when I get the spacers next week.

i still cant picture a 245 on a 9.5. my 265 sidewall looks stretched so much. but urs dont look stretched. i went a little wider because the 265/30 has a little more side profile then a 245/30. i live in ny.. potholes everywhere. especially now in the winter time.

good point by DTDREW... doesnt an inch equal somewhere around 30 mm.... which wouuld mean for an inch wider tire in the rear it should be somewhere around 265 (if your fronts are 235)

i dont really know what im talking about, but DREW does.
