ARG! Thanks a lot guys!
After reading all these posts I had to call the 1800 number ... seems that they're offline at the moment. Checked BMW USA and appears that my car has yet to enter production. Still having my old production number in my account, as well as my current number, I see that the other lucky customer's car has finished production... I want my carrrr!!! I'm sure I will be asking this soon enough as well as possibly some others... How do I go about finding out what boat it will be shipped upon and how to follow when it arrives at the port or the dealer etc.? I've seen a few people keeping tabs on their cars as I would love to but unsure how to attain this info. Thanks in advance And to the rest of you who's received or begun production.... i'm jealous |

Looks like some week 40 productions slots went into production this weekend according to the website. Hopefully those of us with the week 41 production slots will be hearing some good news towards the end of this week.

Well by the looks of things, it appears that I could be a Week 41 build now.
I was Week 38 - got bumped to Week 39. Then called today and was told I am now Week 40. I AM REALLY NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This constant bumping me down the production dates has totally ruined the wait for this car now and I am seriously thinking about cancelling my order and finding a car that is already available elsewhere. For all I know I could get bumped to Week 41, 42, 43, etc. I can say hand on my heart that any excitement I had for this car has now gone. I thought BMW were efficient but obviously not. I should have never sold my last car...... /not a happy customer! |

Now, instead, I'll be slipping and sliding under gray skies in December and worrying about salt on the road. I guess there's always next year. Anyway, congrats on car going into production!

My VO was scheduled for first week in Oct. It went into production early last week according to the website. Called my CA who confirmed 150 status. 1-800 told me Oct 1 completion, but yesterday said Oct 4 completion.
Like everyone else the wait is killing me!! |

I believe the PCD date can be adjusted once you get on a boat, granted they have any earlier dates available.
