Tires. Springs. NEED INPUT

Ok, so as of right now Im running continental DWS extreme contact 265's in rear and 225's up front. I really want to lower the car with some springs then resort to coils later down the road. It seems i have plenty of clearance to lower the rear, but in the front I don't have much clearance (around a inch) and worried i will rub. Most springs lower it 1.4 inches in front and 1.2 in the rear. I want the eibachs but like i said^... on the other hand the COBB springs lower it 1.2 inches all around. Does anyone have a similar tire set up that has purchased the eibachs or H&R's and didn't have a rubbing issue, b/c i rather go eibach than HR.....?
BTW: wheels are apex EC-7's, not quite sure of the offset :/
