Exclamation Please Help! I'm going nuts!

I'm hoping someone can give me some insight has both BMW Manhattan and BMW in Montreal are in the dark.

For the past month, the electronic systems are just going bonkers. There's a loud "tic-toc" coming from right under the glove box (fuse box?/computer?) and then every possible light comes up. Nothing works from the heating seats, wipers, speedometer, gas gauge, engine stalling. etc.

Problem appears to be aggravated by cold temperature. I love my 135i so much, really don't want to get rid of it.

Thx!

Likely a bad connection? Should be an easy fix once it's found.

Did you have the battery cable recall done? Also Canadian cars had a recall on replacing the battery itself. Sounds like something in the fuse box behind the glove box area to me.

Yes. Canadian spec cars also had a recall to replace the car's battery with a 90 Ah one.

I thought I had the SIB pdf... but I do not. I also attached some other info that might help you out. IF anyone has the SIB pdf I'd like a copy.

Your symptoms sound just like these on the e90post forum...
