I'm not doubting the quality of it...I just don't think hood vents like that belong on a BMW. It stands out too much, too boy racer looking.

But hey, if there are people who like it and it's high quality then good on ya.

I like new developments for the 1 series, but I do not like the look of it at all! IMHO.

I think it will flow better once it's painted and the Vorsteiner lip is done

I am not a big fan of carbon fiber hoods, but this one came out very clean and gives the car an aggressive look, even without painting it I think it looks great. Good Work

+2 BMW does not equal Honda. CF interior CAN look good, small exterior parts CAN look good. This I am not a fan of, but to each his own. Although, with paint it may look good but probably too boy racer want to be...ish

We'll be doing some photos today but the car is filthy

As for cost, we have full pricing up on our site. The cost for paint depends on your local body shop. We have an excellent relationship with our body shop here so they were able to work a special for us

I really like the hood design - racey but not too ricey (and that's not a bad thing, just not appropriate for this car). And I really like CF - I had been actually thinking that an all CF hood might look good, but now I'm not so sure... actually I think an all CF hood would look better on Space Gray than blue as shown here. The pic on the JLevi's site w/ the hood painted looks awesome - I love the CF vents left unpainted. Nice touch w/out being gross. Now I'm thinking the CF grilles might be a nice compliment.
