Painted grilles color match quality?
I've seen some aftermarket grilles which have the surrounds painted in body color. From the pics I've seen on a couple of store websites the color match hasn't quite seemed 100% to me, and at least one store won't accept returns because they're custom painted to order.
Anyone had good luck or suggestions with a vendor that does these? I'm looking for alpine white if it makes a difference. |

-separated the chrome trim from the center slat section -Sanded and painted the center slate section matte black and reinstalled -Brought the chrome trims to a local painter and had him prep and paint them factory match alpine white -reinstalled them on the car ---came out perfect--- |

Thanks Guys, I'd seen the photo of the white car in the Cyba thread and that was the only one I've seen so far which I feel was a very good color match.
I did think about getting the surrounds painted myself, but I haven't had much luck finding a good body shop so far. |

I got the color matched grills from Jlevi and they look great! I had some quality issues at first but JLevi got the issue fixed on their end and now the color is perfect. I reused the original chrome slats and just used the painted surrounds. I'll post up some pictures when I get a chance.
