Works XC8 Fitment Question?

Works XC8 MAT-BLACK CUT CLEAR ( MBP )
18x7.5 ET42
18x8.5 ET47

Will these fit and flush nicely with my 128i on H&R Sports? Thanks!

Trying to avoid spacers~

I'm assuming the ones you'll get are a 5 lug wheel?

Those offsets are pretty close to OEM and will easily fit your 1er.

Compared to 18" OEM style 261 & 264
The fronts will stick out a further 5mm
The rear will stick out a further 5-6mm

I like the look of the XT7. If you want a more aggressive stance you may need to use spacers but it depends on the look you want.

I like the xt7 but they weigh alot if that matters to you...The good thing is Work rims are very well made. You dont have to worry much about bending a rim.

fellow members i need help~

I'm confirmed on this style of rims now, just need want to make sure the offset wont rub...i mean if it rubs, i can roll the fender, but if it sticks out totally, then rolling wont help...

The specs are 18x8.5 ET47 and 18x9.5 ET45

Thanks for the help!!

wont fit. maybe with fender cutting, you can remove most of the rub, but i think you'll still rub with 4 ppl in the car on highway dips etc. you'll also need to run pretty aggressive camber.

It's not worth it to me personally.

i think that's only stock height, with H&R sport springs, those would definitely rub especially with load.

Have a look here at the VMR VB3's which have the same rear wheel size/offset although your front wheels will be 7mm further in.

It should give you an idea of how far they stick out. It's common knowledge that these wheels rub under load/lowered without some fender work.

Thanks for the comments!

I think those examples are quite slammed, I'll go with H&R sport so i hope to get away with it with some fender rolling...my front also seems like it needs a 5mm spacer, we will see when they arrive, thanks for the help~!

^^ wow the offset is just perfect
it should fit easy since i just got a set of m3 offset BBS for my E92
the suggest offset is ET35 for E92 but instead of going to normal look...i went to a flush look
19x9.5 ET25 265 and fender roll ....then it fits np at all

this offset probably will need fender rolling and 255 tires
well after you are lowered you are going to do alignment as well just ask them to adjust the camber a bit then it should do the tricks=)
i would rather do a little more for a flush clean look

those offsets should fit nicely, especially if you go with an ever so slight stretch of 255 tire on the back. i would be a little worried about the front being to close to the dampers, but i believe you will be ok.

Those are very close to your 1ers sizing and we have ZERO rubbing issues with H&R sport.

use a heatgun and really heat up the fenders. Combined with going slowly and there should be no paint chipping. If you try and rush your guaranteed cracking the paint.
