WTB: 128i or 135i Florida

Been driving a 4 cyl. Jeep Wrangler for 7 years and I'm looking to jump into something else that's going to take my money, but hopefully, do it in a faster and more comfortable way.

I would prefer a 135i but I'm not opposed to a 128i because I probably won't need 300+ hp on my commute.

Shopping list:
Budget - $13,000 (can go a little higher)
Mileage - lower than 100,000
The closer to stock the better
Would prefer cars in the Southeastern US but I'm not opposed to traveling or shipping.
Heart is set on a 6MT, would entertain an automatic if it's a 135i and the price is right.
128i's must be manual.
No convertible's, please.
