Strange that they would use a vehicle that is no longer available and could not result in higher sales. Typically product placement is deliberate and paid for by the OEM?

I own that 1M coupe that is in "The Gambler"
I have been waiting to see the trailer for The Gambler. I bought that car in San Diego in July. It really does look good at night. Can't wait to see the Movie. I have documentation of the movie co. leasing my car from the co. that bought it from. By the way, The movie people wanted it to look macho, so they cut the wires to the drivers seat belt so it wouldn't beep. They had to replace the whole device after they returned the car, $567.00. I also have documentations for that
